Who doesn’t want to be happy? Likely, nobody will raise their hand for that question. I’ve spent many years thinking about what happiness means to me, trying to chase it down unknown windy paths and finally learning the choice of applying it every day.
Happiness is not an emotion, but rather a state of being and is changeable. Happiness is about feeling pleasure or contentment in your present moment.
I chose to become a Happiness Coach and help others transform their lives by not only working towards inner happiness, but also knowing how to maintain it.
The truth is, it’s not as easy as a light switch. The world we live in today puts a lot of pressure on us – be it the stress of school/work; comparing our lives on social media and the most relevant being Coronavirus!
Many of us can feel stuck in a spiral of unhappiness because we’ve been triggered by a certain event and don’t know to move past it. We all want and have the desire to live happy lives. However, the effort and personal work we have to do to attain this desire can be challenging for us. That’s where I can help.
My role is to partner with you and find the root cause of why you’re unhappy and support you in bringing positive change into your life. I’m here to listen as you share your emotions/thoughts and guide you towards happiness through inspiration and healthy challenge.
